***Unit Marketing Specialist in Milwaukee, WI** The Unit Marketing Specialist will direct all marketing initiatives for Marquette University and several other campus dining accounts within the district. This Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating rollouts and training of national marketing programs to support unit operations.
Will also coordinate marketing initiatives such as surveys, merchandising, national programs and pricing and will coordinate and deliver Circle of Customer Excellence training for hourly employees, and track results. The ideal candidate will have - College/University Food Service Marketing Experience, A bachelors degree in marketing, 1-3 years marketing experience in the roll out and training of national marketing programs, Strong computer skills, Sales and presentation skills, Experience developing promotions and campaigns to drive sales, Excellent oral presentation skills to deliver training and presentations to campus groups,
The ability to professionally interact and develop relationships with a diverse array of managers, clients and customers, including students, staff and faculty, Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities, The ability to assess marketing and financial needs, develop plans to achieve Division and segment marketing and financial targets and implement fully. **Position will report to the General Manager at Marquette University, but will be required to travel to other units as needed.
