The Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as a liaison between the customer and the corporation. Develops and maintains relationships with customers and coordinates the sales of the corporation's products. The CSR works closely with the divisional sales/marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
This position is located is Waukesha, WI. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Data entry of customer purchase order using SAP. Cognizant of uncommitted product inventory.
* Communicate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including production, traffic, purchasing, etc. as needed to ensure timely delivery of product. Involve and communicate all key stakeholders to effectively and timely address customer requests.
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests for product information, i.e. specifications, price, safety data, etc. Offer customer solutions when possible and provide technical assistance.
* Invoice processing for export orders.
* Provide customers with order support, i.e. communicate production delays, ensure that orders are delivered in accordance with customer deadlines, etc.
* Process special customer requests, i.e. packaging variation, pre-shipment analysis, etc.
* Handle and report customer complaints and product returns.

Requirements |
Required:
* 1+ year of customer service or related experience, i.e. logistics, purchasing, procurement, etc.
* Demonstrated excellent communication, both written and verbal
* Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
* Ability to effectively build and maintain working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
* Ability to work with minimum supervision
* Demonstrated strong attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Ability and willingness to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree in a business related field, i.e. Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, etc.
* Proficient with MS Office: Powerpoint and Access
